Feminism :: Body Image

Body image is closely associated with self esteem. Most of us have issues with our body that lead us to feel inadequate and unlovable. Whether it's our height, weight, skin color, or facial features, we don't feel pretty or worthy enough. Often these feelings are dealt with in unhealthy ways, through eating, shopping, dieting and endless plastic surgeries. We are beautiful as we are, no matter way we are. Embrace ourselves. Love ourselves.
