Women entering the workplace contributes greatly to the confident and independent female. We no longer need a man to take care of us, either our father, boyfriends, spouses, or sugar daddies. We can achieve more equality in female-male relationships. We can be single mothers and not live in poverty. We can take care of ourselves. It's nice to have supportive, loving males in our lives, but are not dependent on them. With financial independence we can walk away from unhealthy relationships if we choose to do so.

Depending to be pay our worth is one of the more important skills to acquire, especially as females who are traditionally paid less than their male counterparts. We need to know our worth and not sell ourselves short.
