Water is the most important element for health. Water constitutes more than two-thirds of the bodily weight. The body loses water through sweating, breathing and digestion.   6. Water circulates electrolytes and minerals in the body. Water is necessary for the transport of waste material out of the body. Drink water to cleanse.

  7. Water maintains the pH level.

  8. Water is neutral, neither acidic nor basic. It allows free hydrogen atom to in and out of cells to maintain a proper pH balance in the body of around 7.4.

  9. Water is found in food.

  10. Food with water content contributes to the daily amount needed by the body to function. Food that are high in water content include natural whole food. They are fruits and vegetables which contains around 80-98 percent water. To improve hydration, eat food with high water content level such as cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and celeries.

Skin health reflects overall bodily health. Eat, exercise, sleep combined with a skincare regiment that cleans and moisturizes the skin for the most healthy-looking skin. When people take good care of their skin, it shows.
